I have twin boys who are now 8 1/2 months old. I started them on vegetables at 4 1/2 months. I tried all the veggies I could find (which they both loved all of them!) before introducing fruits. One son loved fruit from the beginning. The other, flat out refused to eat any fruit. That is, until I discovered and tried this flavor at around 7 1/2 months. He loves this stuff. Now, because of this, he actually eats fruit and has even gotten used to some other fruit combos. This is (hands down) both of their favorite fruit combo. It is wonderful. It tastes and smells like the filling in blueberry cobbler or pie. It is a little runny, but I can live with that. My son eats fruit now!!! He is finally benefitting from all the wonderful vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants that fruit provides.

I love this product in all varieties. However, in my most recent order from Toys/Babies R Us, some of the food was expired, some expiring way too soon to use it all, and some not expiring for a year or two. Will not order baby food this way again.

My baby loves this food! We are moving on to a different blend and though she likes it, she keeps kind of searching for the Blueberry, Pear, and Purple Carrot. We'll definitely put this back in rotation soon!

My 7 1/2 month old grandson loves Plum's baby food, and his mama and I love how travel friendly the pouches are. No matter where you're going they fit anywhere and everywhere! The great thing about the pouches is if you have leftovers you can store them in the fridge and they will keep til the next feeding. Of course you have to put the food in a separate container to warm but you have to do that to feed the baby from in the first place right? I only wished I had this product when my sons were babies.

I always taste every food before I give it to my son and this flavor is amazing for a baby food. I love the combo of fruits and purple carrot, it creates a nice healthy balance. My son prefers this flavor over a lot of the others of Plum Organics.

On the advice of my doctor, I started adding in Stage 1 and even Stage 2 baby food because he was waking up every half hour hungry no matter how much formula he ate (He was only 3 1/2 months). I tried the basic ones of this brand first - which he loved! He also liked the Pumpkin Banana stage 2. But when he tried this one - he HATED it. It was actually really funny to see the look on his face. It may be because of his age- but this was not for him. But he does seem to already have a sweet tooth, so if your baby doesn't mind more bitter tasting food they may like this. But those with babies with more of a sweet tooth- it probably won't be a hit with your baby! :/

I was surprised that he loved this as much as he did. He is generally a good eat so that was never a problem. But as soon as he tasted this his eyes lit up and was upset when I had no more to feed him. I would recommend this to anyone.

My daughter loves it, it tastes really good, is easy to use, but the purple color will stay forever on bibs and clothes. My daughter is a messy eater, so I am not going to buy this flavor again.

These pouches are great! No added water, sugar or artificial colors and they are BPA free. Personally, I think they are worth the extra $$ to have real organic fruit & veggies that are not watered down like all of the other jarred food out there.

I discovered these pouches after my 7 month old son had an allergic reaction to rice cereal and refused to eat anything off a spoon. These pouches worked perfectly because I could squeeze the food directly into his mouth. They even helped him transition back to eating off a spoon...he liked the flavor so much he didn't care how I fed it to him as long as it got into his mouth!

Oh and you should definitely have your child wear a bib. As someone else pointed out, this is purple in color. Not a huge deal if you plan for it. And blueberries are so good for your child, a few stains are worth it!

* I use on a child that gets very impatient if you don't feed them fast enough.
* Plum Organics ALWAYS tastes good (despite the weird sounding combinations)
* Easy dispensing onto the spoon
* Easy to feed in the car seat on the go (I sit in the back)
* Easy to store what wasn't used

It is purple. We keep wet wipes nearby and clean as we go. We haven't had too many issues. (I use a bib) Love the combination of flavors my little one is getting without any additional salts, sugars, or other additives.
