My husband and i chose this crib together we loved the fact that it grows with your baby and the fact that it is so sturdy. However our baby is now trying to put her legs over the top to try and climb out and there is no way we can get the conversion kit. Babies r us says they no longer carry the conversion kit in a white however they still have the crib on their website for sale. we also tried calling the manufacturer, they told us to call the sore we bought the crib from. So now this crib has become useless in less than two years. And it is suppose to be a lifetime product.

We bought the crib in the Honey maple color, and love it so much we will be buying it in white for our little girl as well!! Very good quality in the wood, it is solid, and for once a company did feet on all four and not just the front. It makes a difference in the overall room feel. I am going to repost once the white one is delivered, hoping that the paint comments on this product are not true.

i absolutely love this crib! it was easy for my husband to set up, we have been using it for just about a year now and still love it. my daughter loves being in it too. like some of the other reviewers, i am short, 5', and have no problems getting her in and out. it lowered easily too once my daughter started sitting up and pulling up. we have the espresso color version of this crib, its very sleek looking. it is also sturdy and solid, i don't feel like it is going to move or shake if i walk into it. i would definitely get another one for future children. when looking for cribs we wanted one that would last our child a lifetime and this crib does that...it eventually converts to a full size bed so my daughter can truly use this as long as she wants.

I searched and searched for a crib that was lowest to the ground and this one is great. I'm 5'1 and wasn't sure what I would do since they stopped making drop side cribs and I had gotten rid of the one I used for my other children. It turns out I like this crib so much more. My son is now 21 months and the crib is as low as it can get and I have no problem laying him in it if he falls asleep in my arms. Also, I have had no problems wth assembly, paint, mattress fitting or any of the other issues previous reviews discussed.

This crib appeared in the store to be a very nice bed. My daughter is short so very much appreciated the lower bed. They have not been able to assemble the bed though due to missing parts and lack of response from Babies R Us and the europa company. All four feet are missing as well as boards for the front. A call to Toys R Us and we were informed that they took no responsibility for the products they sold and gave us a phone number for the crib company. A call to them let us know that they were very unconcerned about the missing parts but they would be put in the mail to be received in 5-7 days. On day eight another phone call to them resulted in finding that their lack of concern continued and the order for these pieces had not even been sent to the warehouse. If my daughter did not like this bed as much as she does it would have already gone back to Babies R Us. As it stands they may still get it back if the pieces don't show up within a week. And Toys R Us has lost my business for their refusal to stand behind the products they sell. I have six grandchildren and Christmas is coming up and I will not shop at Toys R Us this year.

My baby girl is 4 months old and I love this crib. It was fairly easy to put together (I did it when I was 7 months pregnant), very sturdy, and great looking. The mattress I purchased fits perfectly (Serta Royal Sleeper Crib and Toddler Mattress). I don't see why people complain about a mattress not fitting. The package clearly states what dimensions it requires. The only down side I can find is that the brass hardware does show but that is not a big deal to me. No one has ever walked into my baby's room and said "Well it's beautiful except you can see the hardware on the crib." This is a great crib for the price. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

I saw this crib at babiesrus and fell in love! I am 4'9" and I wanted a crib that I didn't have to kill myself to reach my baby on the lowest setting. I can safely reach him with this crib. It's very solid and sturdy. I can't say enough good about this crib! I plan on buying another one for our next child.

bought this for new grand babies on the way, love the crib and dressers ,but need to cover the bolts so cant see them . And still tring to attach mobel just cant make it work;

My husband and father in-law just put the crib together tonight :) They both said it was very easy! My FIL was very impressed with the design, as cribs have come a long way! It looks adorable and I am very excited to get it all dressed up! It is a shorter design, so for me being 5'0 tall, I already find it easy to lean over and imitate picking up a child from the matress (even with a belly right now!). We did use the suggestion from a previous commentor and registered and received the Sealy Naturalis with Organic Cotton Crib Mattress. It fits perfect and doesn't even have the matress pad or sheet on it yet. No gaps or anything. We didn't try another matress because we didn't want to have to end up taking something back. Very sturdy design, sleek and beautiful! Definitely recommend!!

Easy to put together and very sturdy. There were no nicks or scratches on the crib or changing table we purchased. The only dislikes that I have is that the screw holes are not covered by anything and it was a little difficult to get the mobile attached, but besides that I am very pleased with the crib.

In regards to the crib mattress; I followed some of the other reviewers tips (that were on the same crib but different finish) and used their measurements and ended up finding a mattress that fits fine.
