Our daughter truly loves the Kyla Journey Girl Doll. It's just as beautiful as the American Doll but less expensive.

Love the journey girl dolls! They are affordable and hold up pretty well. The outfits are cute and not too hard to change in and out.

Great price for a sweet doll. However, I ordered Kyla in a specific outfit and did not receive it. I received the one that is consistently shown in stock. When I called customer service, even they couldn't find the doll I ordered in their system. Why offer it for order online if you don't have it in stock! I should have heeded the previous reviews. The customer service rep I spoke to was very nice and understood what I ordered and what was received but even she was frustrated that the right doll couldn't be re-ordered. Get a clue Toys R Us. This is a great way to lose customers.

I rec'd my order and was very disappointed that I rec'd 2 of the wrong doll. Ordered the one with denium and Pink and rec'd the silver sweater Kyla. I never shop from Toys r us and now I remember why.. Have been on hold for over 45 minutes and still holding. from the notes below does not look like we will get the doll we want. Very disappointed in the purchase and will not buy again from Toy r us!!

Disappointed customer - have had a very bad experience with Toys-R-Us online ordering. Ordering has been okay - delivery of product ordered NOT okqy - received four identiacl wrong items. Placed order for a specific Journey Girl doll, with specific skin color and clothing. 1st one rec'd - wrong doll, re-rodered- 2nd doll received - wrong doll, re-ordered - 3rd doll received - wrong doll- re-ordered - 4th doll, received wrong doll. Each time order was placed exact details from doll pictured on-line were mentioned. Received 4 identical WRONG dolls. 4 trips to UPS store to return and still do not have the doll I want. This process was started on September 27 - hoping to have in time for Christmas 2012. I have finally given up and will find a suitable doll elsewhere. Just hope my credit card account comes through with credit for returned items and I won't need to make numerous calls to receive proper credit. Will say, that all persons that I have dealt with have been very nice and apologetic - each promising me the right doll - therefore I think the blame must go to shipping - not checking - no quality control.

I ordered this doll online and it is not what was shipped to me! The doll I recieved had a totally different outfit on. And to make things worse when I called customer service the guy I spoke with said that I could return it to any Toysrus but since I ordered online I could not get my money back I would have to get store credit. The problem is they didn't have the doll I wanted in store. He also said I could mail it back to them at my own expense. I don't think that is fair since they shipped me the wrong product! WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE!!

I ordered this Kyla doll, I saw the pic on the website, ordered it, then kept receiving the right doll with the wrong outfit. The final order, I was told would be the right item. Again, right doll with the wrong outfit. The item(s) received were not as pictured. I was only reimbursed once for shipping & handling because I asked to be. Nothing else was offered. Frustrated!!

I would love to write a review on this product, the Journey Girl doll, KYLA, wearing a blue jean jacket with a gray sweatshirt underneath, brown boots, headband, pink ruffled skirt, etc., except, the doll that I ordered from the online picture, is NOT the doll that I received and it seems that no one can locate the doll that I want. Have spoken with many Toys-r-us people, no one can give me an answer, are they out of stock, completely unavailable, what????
This being this 1st time I have ordered online makes it a little disappointing - especially since I ordered 3 months before needed and it cannot be found, The doll that I did receive does not even come up online - each person gives me a new reference # that I should use when calling, calling, calling, ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECAITED.

DOLL PICTURED IS NOT THE ONE I ORDERED - SAME NAME, WRONG DOLL
