This chair has been in our daughter's nursery for just about a month now and I find myself always coming up with extra reasons to sit in it. The size is perfect for myself and all three of my young daughters to sit in at once. We love rocking our baby in this chair, but mainly use it for reading books. I was a bit hesitant to purchase this chair without sitting in it first, but after lots of research and comparing prices, my husband encouraged me to just go for it. So glad I did!

Overall this is a good chair. It's comfortable, looks nice and modern which is what I was looking for. It's not a chair you sink into like a cloud but it's still comfy. (For something like that try the jayden model. You sink right in and want to fall asleep.) it is wide like they advertise-I'm 5'4" and small framed 110 before baby. My only grip which would make me return the chair is that it's not a glider. It only rocks - like a rocking chair. I specifically wanted something that glides and none of the reviews had mentioned it wasn't a glider. (gliders move in a horizontal only motion). I would return it if I could but we would have to bring it back to the store and we aren't able to do that anymore. Otherwise I like the chair and can put up with the rocking.

I was very apprehensive about ordering this chair online without trying it out, but we were down to the wire and a decision had to be made. Pricing was a bit of an issue for me, but didn't want to be called names for the next year so I opted to spend a little more and boy am I glad I did. We read all the reviews and I don't think we could have made a better purchase for the money. It was [...]easy to put together (2 pieces). We were a little concerned about the suede, but are now glad to have it. It is especially comfortable during those early morning hours when underwear is all I have on. The suede squeaked a little for the first few days, but that soon went away. The chair is a rocker and not a glider, but I had already read that from another review. The cushions are very comfortable and the reclined position is great for sleep. My wife currently does all her breast feeding on it and is able to get all the different baby positions comfortably (with the help of the boppy). Our baby room is tight on space so we were concerned on size. This was a perfect fit and look for the area we had for it. I am about 6ft tall and weigh about 250 so I am not small by any means. We absolutely love the chair and would recommend it to anybody.

We chose this glider because we didn't want a traditional "nursery glider" that we'd have no use for afterwards. This piece is more like a Laz-E-Boy than anything else! I love that it swivels, glides, AND reclines (in case you end up sleeping in the nursery!) and the upholstery is just beautiful, so comfy, and so soft. We plan to use this item in our family room after it has outlived its useful life in the nursery -- it will be a perfect fit. Great investment on a great chair!
