I really don't understand the negative reviews. I've tried ALL the other major brands (and store brands too) and these are the only ones that work for me. The others stuck to my nipples which were already sore and stuck out of my bra.
These have been great. Not only are the incredibly absorbent, but they don't show through shirts or bras (and I've been wearing a thin sleeping nursing bra lately)and they don't stick out of the top of the bra like every other brand. They're comfortable, even for the most sore, cracked nipples. I tried other brands and have used those in a pinch (I can't find Ameda in any other store), but these are definitely the best.

Perhaps it's because I am not a full figured woman, but these are not staying in place for me. They slide around in my nursing bra resulting in damp spots on my shirts. They do not have adhesive on the backs like the samples of another brand I received from the dr.'s office. They absorb somewhat well, though not as well as the other brand.
The up side in comparison to the other brand is that these have less packaging which results in less waste.
Though not bad for the price, when I run out of these, I will definitely purchase a different brand.

Not impressed. These are definitely more comfortable and discreet, but they don't hold much liquid so I leak at the bottom if I don't change them constantly. Overnight is out of the question, I end up soaked. They don't have an adhesive on the back so they often shift out of place allowing even more leakage. I ended up using them as backup for my washable nursing pads and they worked fine that way. Additionally, they come packaged in pairs, not individually, so you end up using two even if you only need one. Spend the extra and buy the Lansinoh brand instead!

I have tried Lansinoh, Nuk, Medela and Johnson and these are the only ones that are both absorbent and non-adhesive. They don't bunch up like the adhesive ones, and can be taken out for nursing and put back in when you aren't leaking (or you just changed them). Yes, it is harder to figure out which side is which, but if you put them in backwards they still work and you quickly figure out which side is which.

I like these pads much better than the medela ones. These do not have adhesive, which I found pointless since it never stuck and I remove them when nursing anyway. They also have a much more breathable back than the medela ones so they don't get "funky" as quickly. They are very absorbant - even if you're having a particularly leaky night they hold up. They come packaged in pairs, which is slightly annoying because I don't always replace them at the same time, but if I just need one I leave the other in the box. I also like the triangular shape - it fits in my bras better.

I have tried several brands and like these the best. They're absorbent and fit well. I read a review that said it was hard to tell which side to use toward your breasts, but I haven't had a problem telling - there's a side that is softer and has a slight indentation. I have re-ordered this product and will continue to do so as long as I need them.

I bought these pads at babies r us because they were buy one get one 50% off. I would have rather paid full price for the lansinoh brand of pads.
The lansinoh brand has sticky pieces that keep the pads positioned in your bra. These Ameda NoShow pads moved around in my bra because they did not have the sticky piece.

Purchased these as part of buy one get one free promo. Did not realize they have no adhesive backing, so they do not stay in place, especially at night. Also cannot tell the difference between sides of the pads (back side/absorbent side). Worse is that if they get wet, they smell! I will be returning these and going back to Lansinoh pads.

These are terrible, they never stay in place so you end up leaking through everything. You also cannot tell the difference between the so called "absorbent" side and backing, and the edges are really scratchy on your breasts.
I got roped in by the buy one get one 1/2 off and will be returning the unopened box for the Lansinoh brand.
