One of the cushion covers had a small rip that in the process of putting it on the cushion turned into a large rip. After talking to Babies R Us, they called Carter and had them ship out an entire extra set of cushion covers for the entire chair. With another baby on the way, it is nice that some of the cushion covers we will have an extra of to deal with after baby spills.
Also, the chair seemed like the cushions were a little big the first couple of days, but as expected, the bulkiness settled in very quickly. Comfortable chair - going to have to kick the other kids out of it once the little one arrives.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Very uncomfortable. Misleading advertising. Too expensive for a product that does not fulfill even minimal expectations.
