I'm not due until mid February but my sister uses this cream religiously on my nephew for almost 3 years now since the day he was born and he's never had a single diaper rash!

this stuff is amazing! i use it every day and my daughter has yet to get a burning, red butt. the 1lb jar is deffinatly the best deal for every day use at the house.

I LOVE DESITIN because it works. I've tried triple paste and butt paste and all were a waste of money, those stick to the diaper and not your baby's bottom. If your baby has a really bad red burn on his/her bum, this will heal it in a few hours.It covers the skin with a thick protective layer so as your baby goes in his/her diaper the condition doesn't get worse. IT WORKS, period. If it hasn't worked,its because your baby has a YEAST infection not a severe diaper rash and for that you'll need a Dr. prescription.

I think I have tried almost every diaper rash cream out there and so far this has been the most effective one with both of my kids. It is thick enough to last for a long time, it gets rid of diaper rash quick and it also prevents it. Highly recommended.

This is the only cream I have used that actually made my daughters rash go away. Every other product I have used just made the rash worse. Unfortunately I can not get this product in Canada so I have to order it online from the U.S.

I've tried different diaper creams and this is my least favorite.Twice now that my son has gotten a rash and Ive applied this he screams,cries and kicks for like 2 minutes. I think it stings him,or obviously causing him some sort of discomfort. So I stopped using it and used A+D and by the next day, there was no problem.But I guess it depends on the child bc my sister use to love Destin.
