I purchased the bundle for my daughter in July as I knew what we were in for in the winter. I originally wanted the one that zips up around the face, but could not find it in the store at that time and felt this would be better as it covers the babys face without worrying about a blanket flying off in the wind. My daughter loves it and always falls asleep in it as she is warm and comfy. I wish I had it for my other two girls when they were infants. The only con is that when you zip it up you really need to be careful not to zip up little fingers with it. As with jackets as well so I would not put the product down due to this. I did check to see if it would hinder the seat in an accident and could not get any negative feed back from car seat companies or friends with one. I was told as long as it does not boost the child away from the seat or hinder its restraints there was nothing to worry about. Jackets or heavy coats may hinder restraints and raise child up more than this as it is much like a similar piddle pad. My daughter is now 7 months old and when I try to cover her face due to harsh weather she would rather play peak-a-boo with the face cover-up so I guess either way you look at it covering the face is only temporary and she likes the bundle too. I do recommend this to friends and strangers as I always get comments as to how warm it is and my daughter definately stays warm and never cold.

The car seat expert I know said that there is no way that this item is safe for my baby in their car seat. She told me that it is fine for strollers, etc but a HUGE no no for the car seat.
She explained that it doesn't line up correctly w/ the harness straps (making it difficult to secure her properly) and also makes it so the baby is farther out from the seat than the crash tests allow...possibly making it extremely unsafe for my baby.
She recommended one of those over the car seat covers instead.

      The bundle me was the best car seat accessory to have. It kept my son perfectly warm in the frigid temperatures of the winter & it was way easier than having to bundle him up in layers of clothes and blankets when we went out, which made it easier when it came time for a diaper change. An added bonus, if he was cold and i had forgotten to bring along a blanket, i would zip off the top layer and wrap him in it. i love how versatile it is and we can use it whether he's in a stroller or a carseat

        This was a great Purchase, We also purchased the Summer car seat cover. I like this one a little more, only because this one is a better made, without print. Our daughter looks so comfy in her car seat, you don't need a snow suit with this. Your baby will overheat .

          Product is dangerous. If you have this product on your child's car seat they will not let you leave the hospital with your baby until you remove it because it will cause the child to smother.

            Great item .. warm, fuzzy, durable and washes well. The only thing I wish I would've considered is the type with the "hole" for the baby's face. In the winter, you want their head covered from rain/snow and this doesn't allow you to do that. You'd have to cover their entire head up - and well, that's not legal. :) Just wish I had the one where the baby can breathe, but is covered up completely.

              The Bundleme works great, it keeps my son very warm and he falls right to sleep as soon as we put him in it. You can zip off the top piece and use it as a blanket if you have your baby out of the carrier or if it's not quite cold enough for both pieces on a warmer day.

                The Bundle Me has been my favorite baby product ever! It was warm enough that I did not have to put my daughter (who hated to be confinde) in a coat during the cold winter months. My daughter loved being in the comfort of the Bundle Me and looked forward to being in it. It was easy to wash and easy to put on her infant seat. I also received many compliments on it from others.

                    Bought this used at a local used store that sells clothes, etc. We used this daily for our son who was a March baby, until spring time when we switched to the Bundle Me Lite and then finally we took it off completely. It was very warm and comfy and it was great (and safe) to not have to bundle him up with clothes. Only bummer is we tried to use it again when it got cold recently (Oct 1st), and I was bummed that the weight limit is 21 lbs. At 18 lbs., our son is definitely nearing the upper limit. When my husband put it back in the car seat, it just sort of flops down because we no longer use the infant head support in the car seat. So while this is a great product, just keep in mind the weight limit and that it may not work without an infant head support.

                    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                      One of the 1st things we bought for our baby. Bought a neutral color thinking we were having a boy....Surprise!!! We had a girl. Had already washed so I didn't return. So glad we kept it...it was our best purchase!!

                      I bought this thinking it would help keep my baby warm in the winter months. I was wrong. My son is a bit bigger than normal (born 10.8lbs) and when I had this in the car seat, it looked like he was smashed in it. It feels really soft and looks good but I didn't like it. I was given another cover from a friend that had elastic around the edges and just covered the car seat instead with a little window to open and shut. That worked A LOT better.

                      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
