To moms of preschool girls, the Loving Family Dollhouse is the only dollhouse to provide open ended imaginative play with a unique fold for storage and more floor space for little girls to play. The side rooms are created by swinging open the walls and folding down the floors. The 1st floor center room play area is extended when the 1st floor pivoting part is pivoted down. The dollhouse will include a staircase attached to the pivoting center floor which will close with the floor for storage. The dollhouse will be able to be closed up for a more compact footprint and storage of provided accessories as well as future accessory purchases. This dollhouse is WONDERFUL! We bought this for my oldest daughter when she was almost 3...she is now almost 6 and still plays with it every day. We will be upgrading my youngest daughter (almost 3) from the toddler version of this house to this house for Christmas this year.

There are many room sets and they make perfect ideas for relatives to give to our daughters for gifts.

We haven't had one piece, part, or accessory break!

I am one that does my research before I buy any product, I don't want to have to go and return an item, especially after Christmas. So I set out to find a dollhouse for my three-year-old. I originally wanted a wooden one, but they are extemely expensive. I came across the loving family dollhouse, read the reviews and decided to buy it. I LOVED all the little accessories that you could buy for the dollhouse...they are really cute!

However, when the dollhouse was taken out of the box Christmas morning I was shocked at how cheap the dollhouse looked. I tried to get over it, but as we started to put the dollhouse together we kept coming across small areas that were broken. For example, the area where the porch attaches on was a little disfigured, but we were still able to get it on. I was okay with one little thing not being perfect, but the further we got along in putting the house together the more broken pieces we came across. Eventually I decided enough was enough and returned it. The dollhouse was already falling apart and my daughter hadn't even played with it. Thankfully, my daughter wasn't too attached! I must put in that I was very pleased that Toys R Us completely refunded all my money.

You have to take all these reviews with a grain of salt, but honestly if you are going to spend the amount of money that is required on this dollhouse; I, would say save it and get something that isn't plastic! I went out and bought a wooden one, I spent twice as much on it as I did for the Loving Family, but atleast I know it won't break so easily.

      My 3 1/2 year old daughter got this dollhouse for Christmas. She loves it and especially the furniture and Loving Family people that come with it. She absolutely loves the twin babies. The house has multiple rooms for displaying the different pieces of furniture. It is a pretty good size dollhouse. Very easy to set up.

      I bought this for my older daughter when she was 2, which was 4 yrs ago. Now my 21 month old daughter plays with it, and she absolutely loves it! It is still in great shape after 4 yrs. The accesories are adorable, the details are so cute, right down to the toilet brush attached to the toilet. A few things are annoying, like the staircase pops off a lot, and the rooms are a little small for the furnisher, but my daughter doesn't care at all. The only thing i would change is that the bottom rooms on the sides of the house are hard to use due to the columns in the way, but my daughter puts cars in them like a garage! Also, if you have all of the furnisher it is not easy to fold it up, as you can't fit everything in it...so we just leave it open. All in all it's a great product that has given us many yrs of use...my little one will play with it for an hour straight..and does so almost daily, so I highly reccomend it!

            I have twin 9yr old girls that asked for a doll house for Christmas. My mother in law has an old Fisher Price doll house that they love to play with, which is what prompted me to look at Fisher Price for this purchase. The kids love it, they play with it every day. The only reason that I did not give this five stars is that I wish it had come with a few more dolls and/or accessories. Otherwise, quality / size / etc. are great. Very satisified with this!

            The house was a wonderful buy until you started to place the furniture in, the furniture is way to big for this doll house, and I shop at many stores to get find the furniture for it and when I was puttig it in I was like Oh Wow this looks horrible. For anyone that is looking for a good sturdy doll house this is for you just do not buy all the furniture like I did.

              My little girl loves the dollhouse but I am very disappointed in the customer service. I contacted Toysrus after purchasing some furniture for this dollhouse but never heard back from anyone. I ordered two items because you guys were running a sale buy 2 get 1 free. Well, later I get an email saying one was not available so you guys charged me full price for the 2 items and I never got a third item for free. I should be able to order a different item if the one I wanted was out of stock. Please advise what you can do to make this right.

                we just bought this for our 3 1/2 year old daughter for christmas and she is already in love with it. once she opened this she refused to open any other gifts. she has been playing with it non stop since yesterday morning. it was so easy to put together and we also bought great rooms too. sad that you can't find alot of the rooms in stores but i have purchased some on the fisher price website and they seem to be cheaper and ship faster. has alot of room for additional accessories. love that it folds up and can store right up against the wall taking up minimal space. also love the cute colors. the only reason i didnt give it 5 stars was because the staircase seems to get in the way so we took it off for now, which just leaves more room for furniture and also,description says you can fit the nursery or other pieces on the attic floor, but the way the roof curves doesn't actually allow to put anything too tall up there but shorter smaller things fit no problem. the dollhouse itself is pretty sturdy and not flimsy at all. i even love to play with it! this is definitely going to be a favorite for a long time, just purchased a few more rooms too. our daughter has never loved a present more than this one. definitely recommend this dollhouse!!!

                  Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She is 2 years old. She is in love with it and has played with it for two days straight! Whenever we leave the house, she asks to go home cuz she wants to play with it! Its a very cute house and even my husband was impressed with it. I know she will play with it for years to come. its nice that it folds up easy. I love that you can buy additional pieces for it to add to it. I would highly reccomend this for anyone looking to get a awesome gift for a little girl.
