I bought this bedding having only viewed it online and it was exactly as pictured. In fact it was even better than I expected. It's girly because it has the patchwork flowers on the quilt but its something other than pink or purple. I painted 3 of the walls periwinkle and one wall a denim blue. It matches great with all the bedding.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
