Item sent was previously returned, and many of the extra accessories were missing. It appears this was a return item, in which not all the parts were returned in the original packaging. Toys R Us should not have sent this out.

I ordered the FAO "Claudia" doll for store pick-up and shame on me for not looking at the doll....the store handed me the bag and I left and went home and wrapped doll without looking carefully.....Christmas Morning - my granddaughter opened the packing and said..."why did Santa bring me the same doll as he did last year"....the store personnel put the wrong FAO doll in the bag and my granddaughter was quite disappointed in Santa. Next time I will go into the store and get what I want..not use convenient way to purchase.

My husband and I bought Claudia for our daughter and we couldn't be happier with our selection. At 15 months she was showing an interest in dolls but we wanted one that didn't have any bells or whistles. We wanted a babydoll that would allow her to use her imagination. We wanted a standard doll like the one I had as a child (nothing that talks, cries etc...). The 4 options are all so adorable and I love the diversity. I would love to get her the remaining 3 through the years. This doll is simply perfect. Our daughter has been taking good care of her "baby" ever since she unwrapped her. We highly recommend.
