I had the same experience. Thought a mistake had been made when I received only one character until coming back to the website and reading reviews. This is a total misrepresentation of this product. They also just "choose" a character for me. Really bad.

I thought I would get the set since there is no option to select which character you want. I ordered two thinking I would get two sets. Instead I only got two characters, randomly chosen by the mystery packer. Items arrived in a shipping envelope that appeared to have been opened, with no plastic covering whatsoever. If you only get one character per purchase, the site should say so and there should be a way to select which one(s)!

Like everyone else, I thought I was paying $15 (shipping included) for ALL FOUR DOLLS (as the picture would lead you to believe as being a SET). And, like everyone else I paid $15 to receive ONLY ONE DOLL. NOT A SET AS PICTURED. This ad is VERY MISLEADING! I am thoroughly disappointed and feel I was mislead by the picture and product description. If I had known I'd paid $15 to receive only ONE DOLL, I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY MONEY!! I would have SHOPPED SOMEWHERE ELSE. However, from now on I WILL BE SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

This is ridiculous. Maybe after seeing all the same comments Babies R Us should change the way they present the item???? I'm extremely ticked off that we expected all four but only got one. Won't be shopping here again. Yall just lost a customer for good.

They expect you to pay $10 for a tiny plush toy. You don't get all four, they choose one of them for you. What a load of garbage!

My son loves this toy. We have the pooh character and it is so cute. My son loves when we press the button and the cheeks light up while "you are my sunshine" plays. It gets his attention every time and it's small enough for him to hold without it being heavy. Also, he loves to chew on the attachable clip.

I bought this product for my son thinking I would be getting all four pooh characters. Nope, instead I spent [$] on one character. Also, I didn't get to pick out the character, I got Pooh. He also showed up dirty and I was very upset. I will be returning this product.
