I bought this book b/c I loved the cute design on the outside and the content was exactly what I was looking for. However by the time I got it home, the cute (3D) figures on the outside were already damaged. Instead of little plastic figures, they are layers of compressed paper - which peels VERY easiy. I returned the book thinking it was just 1 damaged one, but every one in the store was starting to peal:(

I didn't open this before I wrapped it as a gift, and, to the receiver's surprise - the inside of the book had been assembled so that the pages were upside down! Complete disappointment. :(

Talk to another person in customer service today about my book and she was very helpful i can tell it depends on the experience the people at customer service have to get the help you need she is replacing my book and she even did over night ship now that is what i call a caring rep.Thank you.

bought this book and when i gave it to her as a baby shower gift the pages were upside down in the book i cant figure out why this would be and then they tell me they can't replace the book.........

The book was cute but it was damaged when I got it didn't have time to return it as it was a gift for someone had to glue it. Not the only problem I had with this order.

I went into the store looking to get a different memory book (Classic Pooh), but came away with this one. I like the font and the space in the book for pictures and writing. It pretty much has all the standard pages that every memory book includes. This one is for the first 5 years. I like how in the first year, for each month, there is a spot for a 3x5 photo and lots of space to write Memories and Milestones - most memory books offer a smaller photo spot and have specific things for you to fill in like my previous memory book. I didn't like it because I had to leave a lot of it blank - like how many friends can a 2 month old make and what new foods can a 2 month old try. With this memory book I am free to write whatever I feel for that month and not be locked into specific milestones.

I'm going to buy this after seeing the inside of it in the store. It's super cute. I just hate that it's so expensive..I don't feel a baby book should cost more than $15.

This baby memory book is cute and modern, yet simple. Pages have a great layout with room for lots of notes and pictures.

I registered for another book by just looking online and when I received it I just felt it was "blah". So I returned it and went through every single book at BRU (for boys) and felt this one was the cutest and most practical by far. Great pages that make sense, in a good order, and plenty of room for notes and pictures. Overall very happy and I can't wait to start filling it up :)
