We got this for my son who is on a huge Chuggington kick right now. He loves the thing, but the turntable is a little difficult to turn, and the launcher that attaches to it sometimes comes off when trying to turn. The launcher also doesn't launch per se, it more or less 'bumps' the trains barely getting them past the Roundhouse doors, unless you really hit the button hard. The sounds only come on when you rotate the turntable, which also opens the appropriate door. Either way, my son loves putting his chuggers to 'sleep' in the Roundhouse.

We received this product as a gift for our 2 year old son. It is completely worthless. The round house track does not rotate so you cannot launch the trains like it says. We are taking it back and getting the wooden roundhouse. It has much better reviews

My son collects all the Thomas collections but deicded he wanted to buy this set with his Christmas money. I must say when we opened it, I thought it was VERY cheaply made compared to our Thomas set but my kids LOVE it more than the Thomas sets. My daughter will even sit and play with this for hours. It is a hit in our house that both kids fight over!! For the price, it is great entertainment for the little ones!!

My daughter loves the trains however the roundhouse doesn't stay together. The pieces are now all over the place. The track is very flimsy and impossible to figure out. I still haven't been able to make a complete track and I will not be buying anymore to do it. We will stick with the Geotrax which we love and is indestructible.

My four year old loves the show but not this Roadhouse. After set up, he had a hard time turning it, piece would fall off and after he got the hang of it, it's been in the toy box ever since.

I've read the the negative reviews on this product and agree with some. The launcher doesn't launch so great but the rest of the set is cute and functions fine. Sure the tracks are kinda "cheap" but look at the price compared to a thomas wooden set. BIG difference. Cute, decent little set for the price. My 2 1/2 yr old likes it.

Like how the doors open. Launcher is a good idea. Son plays with it no matter what it is like.
