My little one is a picky eater and was going through a phase where all she wanted were those squeezable pouches. I bought this product hoping it would replace them so that I could use my homemade babyfood. Its easy to use and clean, however unlike the pouches it doesn't collapse as its consumed. I found myself having to squeeze and hold it the whole time so that my little one could get the food out. Unfortunatly with this method she loses interest since she cannot do it herself. I think this product will be great for her as she gets a little older.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Perfect for fruit compotes for older children as well as baby food on the go. Squeeze right on to the spoon or into a dish for feeding. My 4 and 2 year old love my homemade applesauce on the go and these a perfect for that. I bought 3 and want to buy more!

I used it for applesauce so far. This will pay for itself within a week. I usually buy the packets for on-the-go, travel or when I am busy & need my 14 month old to feed herself & actually get food in her mouth! I was waiting for someone to design a pouch I can reuse, instead of spending $1.50 for each pouch. Cleans pretty easily with applesauce, it is dishwasher safe, seems strong & durable. However some other sticky foods or if you don't wash it right away, may be hard to see & to get out.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
