He has other sit on toys but the wheels are fixed so he doesnt like to sit on them. This bike toy has swivel wheels and moves around so easily on the hardwood floors. He loves it! Only downfall for me is it is a bit small. for some it may work out, but i have a larger than average 1 yr old who fits on a tricycle but doesnt have the motor skills to use them. So I know it wont last very long, but while he fits on it, he is definitely getting use out of it. and i got it when it was on sale...lol

my grandson likes the push type toys, but I think he would like one with a steering wheel. He saw this picture on the internet but, he is going on 4years old and I had gotten rid of the little car he liked, thinking he was tired of it. But, he sure wasn't!!

I bought this for my 2 year old for Christmas and ALL of my kids went crazy for it. We've had the adults even get on them and race around the house. I love that it goes in all different directions, and has coaster wheels. It is a well designed shape and holds up very well. I love the simplicity of it, I love that if you buy more than one (which we did!) that they stack on top of each other. The height is perfect for little two year old legs to reach the ground, but also tall enough for older children to race around on too. This was definitely the high light of all the Christmas toys. I have four kids and of all the ride on toys I've purchased I would say BUY THIS ONE instead. You won't be sorry. Plus it comes completely assembled.
The only thing I would warn about this is: watch out for your toes ;)

My grandchildren love it.
Ages 3 1/2 and 10 months.
The 10month old is just learning to walk and is using it to walk with on the carpet.
There isn't anything I don't like about it.

After searching for a good ride on, I decided on these for my 20 month old twins. They don't scratch the floors, lightweight and the boys love, love, love them. My almost 5 year old daughter also loves it. I may have to order another one and at such a great price it's totally worth it.

Great scooter! Easy to maneur, light weight yet sturdy enough not to topple over and fun for a range of ages (my average height one year old can scoot around as well as my six year old who gladly curls up to take advantage of this fun little ride). We've used our scooter indoors and outdoors (works well on our hard woods, hard work to scoot on carpet, goes easily on sidewalks). The opening/handle makes for easy lifting/pick up when finished playing (my two and four year olds can put this toy away with ease). No assembly required as it comes ready to use at time of purchase. Lots of fun for an affordable price!

I placed my order of 6 items, all said to be available and would leave ware house within 1-2 days! 3 of my item did just that and arrived on time for Christmas. After realizing that Christmas was just a few days away I was concerned my other 3 items have not yet been shipped, so I called ToysRUs. Customer service assured me I would receive those items by Christmas. Sure enough I did not!! I called again after Christmas and was told they were on they're way. New Years goes by and still nothing. Then in the first days of "JANUARY" I finally get an e-mail from ToysRUs. Unfortunately 1 of those 3 items was NOW out of stock and was being cancelled from my order. I was furious!! I called to cancel the other 2 I did no longer want. They told me "sorry" and that unfortunately those items have already shipped and that I would now have to go out of my way to return the item at the store! I did not receive those items until just about two days ago mid January! Never again!!! By far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had!!

Bought these as a gift for my friends boy/girl twins. They fell in love instantly!! They just turned 2 years old. They were very capable to figure them out in no time at all!! The mom said they are perfect especially indoors for winter. They are small, lightweight and work great on hardwood floors or in the basement!. She also like the caster wheels because it makes it easier for little ones to turn. First thing they asked for the next morning when woke up was their "cars" as they call them! Highly recommended!!
