      I have used several other well-known creams, but this one always takes the redness away & keeps it away. The cream stays put (still there at the next diaper change) & doesn't smell offensive. It's super-thick & creamy (why some companies have gritty diaper creams makes no sense to me -- the last place I want to rub something gritty is on a sore bottom). I LOVE this cream -- highly recommended!! I try to grab it on a sale, since it seems impossible to find coupons for it though.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          I got this product after my daughter kept getting diaper rashes. I had tried several name brand diaper rash creams and they just didn't work well enough. I actually got this one in a sample package from the hospital diaper bag and sure enough after one diaper change I could see her rash slowly beginning to fade away. I was estatic. Ever since that small sample of Balmex I have not gone back to any other brand no matter the cost. It does EXACTLY what it says even with stubborn diaper rashes that normal creams either can't get rid of or they take a long time. I'm expecting this fall and I already have this on my registry because it WORKS!

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
