I am a mother of nine. Yes I have given birth to nine children the oldest is 23 years old and the youngest is soon to be 6 months. I was so disappointed to look for the biter biscuit and not find it. For literally decades the biter biscuit was one of the first foods my children were given and able to happily gnaw upon. I spoke to a woman in the aisle of the grocery store the other day and she suggested I cut little notches in a carrot so that they can grip the carrot better and gnaw upon that. So sadly I guess this is what I'm going to try and do. Even though the original biter biscuits or messy they lasted so much longer than these new ones and they didn't crumble. I suppose maybe I'll also try to make my own but might I suggest that you bring them back because I for one miss them this new graduates food is not the same.,

Comments about Gerber Foods Gerber Graduates Lil' Biscuits Vanilla Wheat, 4.44 Ounce:
Granted, I'm old,but there is just some things you shouldn't change!! Too dangerous now,not hard enough or thick like they used to be!! Bought them today for my 6 month old grandchild and after 1, threw them away! Give us a choice, bring back the old recipe!

The quality has gone down significantly

Nestle is really cutting corners. They changed the recipe for this cookie so much it's a sad dilution of what it use to be. Nestle should be ashamed of this inferior product
This new recipe is horrible I took one out of the package gave it to my child seen the poor quality of them now and threw the rest in the trash I will not risk my child's safety on your products this new recipe is a real choking hazard and now that I see the poor response from Gerber on all these negative reviews it shows the lack of concern Gerber has for its customer base so I'll definitely stop being a Gerber consumer
Not happy with the new formula of these cookies. Used them with my first child and these are just a crumbled mess!
I used to love these. ...
I used to love these. They are horrible now and crumble in seconds. I won't repurchase these.

We want the old formula back. At least give us the option. I will not be purchasing the new formula. The old one was perfect. Why change something that was perfect?

Why try to fix something that's not broken? The original size, texture & recipe was better than what these new ones are. I don't understand the reason for this change. Change is good but not when there is no problems with what you're already doing. The old ones used to last longer and seemed to melt just as these new ones do but they wouldn't just crumble into little rocks into your baby's mouth as easily. The bigger size was a stress reliever too, these smaller cookies can easily fit into the baby's mouth where they can gag themselves. Taste is great but doesn't make up for the new texture or size of the cookie. Besides the taste of the old ones were great too.
Not what I wanted
Ferber Teething biscuits have been a must for me and my family for generations, but today's product are not at all what they used to be, or SHOULD be for that matter. Please stop fixing things that aren't broken, especially at my family's expense.
Not what they used to be!
I bought these before reading the reviews already posted. I bought these thinking that they would be the same as they were with my older two who LOVED them. The current version is much thinner, shorter and are not individually wrapped. We love Gerber products in general but won't be purchasing these again unless the original version is brought back.
