    Was in [@] one day and my little girl kept looking at something and I couldnt figure out what. Turns out she had seen this hidden behind some toys. She really wanted to see it, so I handed it to her and she played with it the whole trip. Sadly we didnt have enough money to get it, but as soon as we did I went out and got it. that was 4 months ago. Now that she is a bit older she plays with it in new ways. She recently started rolling it to me and finds it SO funny. We love Mr. Bumpy. Its bright, makes sounds and has a nice texture so she chews on it (shes cutting 4 teeth)

    I purchased this toy two months ago for my daughter (who was 7 months old at the time). I thought it would be a big hit with the bright, contrasting colors, jingling beads, and tactile "knobs". However, she has never been very impressed with it (not two months ago and still not now). She will hold it and look at it for maybe 15 seconds and then she will drop it and move on to another toy.

        All the parents saying their babies are not into this toy, I never was either until I was 2 or 3. (Born in 1993 and had 2 kinds of these and I still have home videos of me playing with them.)

        It's not really for a 6 month old- if anything it would scare them or make them nervous. But my 1 year old loves it just like I did! The old toys are always the best! :) I will be getting him a Furby too, just as I had, when he's a little older.
