I keep these hooked onto the handle of my diaper bag, and they have been so convenient for when we are out and there is no garbage can around, or if we're at someone's house and I don't want to stink up the place with a dirty diaper! They work really well to keep them smell from getting out (as long as you twist them shut after you put the diaper in)-I have had a bag with a few diapers in it in my car for a few hours (in the summer) while we were out and about, and I couldn't smell a thing! The only thing that could be better, is that sometimes they are a little stubborn when you're trying to pull them out, however usully they pull out very smoothly, so overall I would recommend them!

So, someone hit replay on my life, and I have a new baby 10 years after my first two, now 10 and 12. To simplify and avoid a lot of the baby "stuff" that we thought we needed the first time, we are doing a lot differently. One thing I never liked was the Diaper Genie that I got with child #1. It did (mostly) contain the smell, but I hated the fuss of emptying it and the idea of storing all those dirty diapers for so long. I got a more traditional, trash-can like diaper pail for child #2, easier to use and used regular tall kitchen trash bags, but it was stinkier and still stored wet and dirty diapers in the bedroom. So for surprise baby, who is one stinky little girl, I decided to just throw her diapers right in the kitchen trash which goes out at least every other day. Actually pretty easy, really. Wet diapers don't need a bag if they are wrapped into a ball fastened with their own sticky tape, less $$ and less plastic waste. The Munchkin bags have been perfect for handling the individual dirty diapers. I tried all of the other diaper diaposal bags sold in BRU. Most are cheaper, but these are the thickest and therefore the best at containing the smell and the mess. Much less chance of ripping, even if stuffed. With my little one's pungent diapers, I usually ended up double-bagging with other bags, making them more expensive per diaper disposed. The light scent and baking soda definitely help as well. On the go, you won't smell that nasty diaper if you have to carry it with you awhile in your diaper bag or car before you get to a trash can, and you won't be embarassed to leave it in someone else's home trash either. And like other reviewers said, the bags are big enough to hold an entire soiled outfit if you have a blow-out on the go. I will not use any other bags. At home, I just keep the refill roll in a basket with a tub of wipes. But I use the dispenser on the go, and it works well, too. I have it clipped to my diaper bag and it is very easy to get the bags out. Great product.

I have been buying these bags at another store for years to pick up after my dog. They are horrible! Not all the bags are sealed on all three sides (which would actually make it a bag!)... It is such a pain! Now that I have a baby I found different brands at Babies R Us that work like they are supposed to and keep the odor out as well.... Platex are a little more expensive but worth it! I wouldn't recommend these and I won't be buying these anymore either!

I bought the Munchkin dispenser to clip to the twins' diaper bag. It seemed like a great idea. I didnt want to carry around stinky diapers, so I invested a few dollars in the dispenser & bought some of the replacement bags to go with it. The bags do work well to lock in odors, but the dispenser is kind of difficult to use. I have trouble getting the bags to come out of the dispenser. Also, the dispenser doesnt hold very many bags. Overall, the dispenser is just an OK item. I may just continue to buy the replacement rolls and toss them in the diaper bag solo. The dispenser is just not worth fighting with when you are in a hurry, but the bags DO work! I would definately recommend the bags as the are strong & lock in odors.

Just took our first trip with our 9wk old son and can't believe how well these bags did. They are small and compact in the diaper bag, yet can hold so much. They are perfect for soiled/wet clothes and even the stinkest diapers can't penetrate.

At my parents house, my mom couldn't believe that his dirty diapers didn't stink up the trash. She is getting some for her great granddaugther she watches all the time.

We can't live without these baggies, BUT they are hard to find in stock in our local Babies R Us store. I had to purchase them online. These also have a nice scent to them, so just taking one off of the roll makes things smell better.

Great size! rolled up compactly so as not to take up much space in your diaper bag, but the bag itself is nice and big for larger diapers or even dirty outfits. Nicely scented. A great convenience when you can't throw a stinky diaper into a public bathroom trash can but don't want to put it back in your diaper bag without some kind of protection!

i use these for dirty diapers and clothes when i'm not near a trash can. the smell is great. can't think of anything i don't like about these! they are a must have, especially for rookie moms like me. :)

I find it hilarious that my husband and I just purchased these, for our dog! Arm and Hammer also markets them as poo bags for dogs. They work great and it's nice to know I can use them when my baby arrives too!

easy to use
