I have twins and my son loves this walker. He likes playing with the toys on it and the toys can be removed so the walker has an empty tray to put toys or snacks on. My daughter isn't interested in walking yet but I'm sure she will love it when the time comes.

This walker is cute and my son likes to sit in it. But on the box it said for ages 4months-walking. My son is now 7 months and large for his age and his feet barley reach the floor. It is on the lowest setting. I bought it when he was 4 months expecting him to reach and i've been waiting. By the time he can reach he'll already be walking and may not need it. All of that said, it is a nice toy, he likes to sit in it and play with the toys.

Charles loves it! He can walk everywhere, even where he isn't supposed to be, like to the trash can and running over the doggie's tail. It works to feed him with the tray so I don't have to bring his high chair everywhere.

Comments about Safety 1st Sound 'n Lights Activity Walker:

The seat is way too high even at the lowest setting for a baby who is 25" long. It says not to put a baby who is more than 30" into it. That only leaves a couple of months of use. The music and lights did not work, and you are not supposed to change the batteries for this one. That is in the information packet. That would have meant tearing it completely down and taking it back. My husband took it apart anyhow. It requires 4 of those smaller type of batteries that remind me of something you use with a watch. We could only purchase a pack of 8, which cost $8. Works fine now. Also, the back wheels only go straight, so there isn't a lot of maneuverability.

My son loves this walker. He is all over the house. I read some reviews on this walker before I bought it and it seems a popular complaint was the height problem. We have not had this problem. My sixth month old is 27 inches tall and he has been using it for a month now. We love it.

This walker is too large for the average baby. At the lowest height setting, an infant needs an inseam length of 10.5 inches for his/her feet to touch the floor. Assuming normal proportions, an infant must be about 29 inches tall to have a 10.5 inch inseam. At 6 months old, a 29 inch long baby is in the 99th percentile. The average baby (50th percentile) doesn't reach 29 inches until he/she is 10 months old. By that time you might get 2 months use out of the walker before he/she is walking on their own. Unless your baby is ginormous, this walker will be too big.

This walker looks great, and works great if you have a taller child. My son is almost 12 months and in the 50% for height and still doesn't touch the ground very well. Does work on carpet but easily collects dust. We have to wipe is down every time we use it.

But sadly the music stopped working after a month of having it and because it was so hard for him to walk on the carpet he grew bored of it.
