Once the cable is connected, select "Turn on USB Storage" on Tabeo's screen. Within a few seconds, Tabeo will be detected by your computer.

Tabeo will be detected as a "Hard Drive" in Windows® Explorer/Computer/My Computer. Open this "Hard Drive" and you will see the various Tabeo folders inside (e.g. Video, Music, etc.). Paste the update file into this area, but be careful not to paste the file into any of the other folders. Once the paste has completed, the update file will be on the Tabeo drive, as seen here:

Reminder: Do not open/unzip the file.
Once the file is finished copying from your computer to Tabeo, select "Turn off USB storage." You can now unplug the USB cable.
Plug the USB cord into the power adapter, and plug the adapter into the wall. It is highly recommended that you charge your device while it updates.
From the apps tray (located in the upper right hand corner of the home screen), launch "Upgrade" and then select "Update." The upgrade process will start automatically. If it does not start automatically, please ensure that the file named "update.zip" or "update" has not accidentally been placed into any other Tabeo folder (see Step 2).
