When it's time to pick up your little one in a foreign country, parents need an extra bit of
planning and preparation. Those items which we consider necessities may be unavailable
there. Use this checklist as you plan your trip, adding or subtracting items based on the
age of your child. It will help ensure baby's content as can be while traveling.
Note, unless otherwise indicated, we recommend one of each.

2-month-olds drink 3-8 oz.
of formula 6-10 times daily
3-month-olds drink 4-8 oz.
of formula 6-8 times daily
4-6 month-olds drink 32 oz.
of formula, and may eat
2-4 tablespoons of cereal
and 2-4 tablespoons of fruit.
6- to 9-month-olds drink
24-32 oz. of formula, and
eat 2-4 tablespoons of cereal,
3-4 tablespoons of fruit, 3-4
tablespoons of vegetables,
and 1-2 tablespoons of meat.
9- to12-month-olds drink
16-24 oz. of formula, and eat
2-4 tablespoons of cereal, 3-4
tablespoons of fruit, ½ slice
bread or ¼ cup pasta, 3-4
tablespoons of vegetables
and 2-3 tablespoons of meat.
