Not made well, Maybe i got a bad one but cheap
The Screws that were in the battery part were already stripped before we even got screwdriver out. This item was very cheap and now I see it was not a deal it was just cheap. I was not real happy with this gift. It was one of the ones that came in one piece though so it was packed ok but just not a nicely made item

Doesn't add right.
It has a piece that slides to sense coin sizes when you add coins. I started out adding 25 pennies. It sensed that some were dimes. After adding the pennies, the counter said there was $.70 in the jar.

Great idea poor follow through.
I couldn’t get the screw out to put in batteries . It looked stripped. Maybe use a different method to put in batteries.

Love the item, it will be a great gift for my great-nephew’s little boy. Be a good way to teach him about saving his coins. I look forward to giving it to him.

The box states 2 AAA batteries but description states 4 batteries. Which is it? I think it will be a good tool for my young grandchildren,
