Unique, fancy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most unique dolls we own. We loved that it can stand up on its own when Ariel is a "person". When she is a mermaid, the tail is so fancy. The tail practically sparkles. The first time we pushed the button to make the tail pop out kind of startled us a bit, it flips fast! I was afraid of pinched fingers when moving the mechanism of the tail, but there is no way to pinch them...it's totally safe for little fingers. I think the favorite part was the fact that you get a two modes of play...land and sea, it's very unique. It's also really easy to switch modes of play, even for little kids.

Beautiful Doll!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Transforming Ariel doll is so fun! The neatest feature of the doll is the fin that you attached to the back of the mermaid tail. When it is locked into position at the back of her hips, you can fold the fins around the doll to look like it is a human wearing a dress. There are no legs, so this hides her tail. There is a button on her necklace that springs the “dress” downward into a beautiful mermaid fin. The doll is really beautiful with details to look similar to Halle Bailey in the new Little Mermaid movie. I feel like a kid again. It’s been fun to see my kids playing with this doll! It will be a favorite for kids who love the new movie!

Great Ariel doll!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product design team did such a good job with this doll - it is so much more than what I was even expecting and my kiddo loves it. The dress part goes down easily with a tap on her seashell necklace making iy into a fin. It easily glides back up to be a dress again for a really seamless transition. The material and color is beautiful and it dries quickly. I was also really surprised that her hair style stays intact even after getting wet. Needless to say, this Ariel doll is my daughter's first pick of toys to play with and she takes her everywhere!

Love the innovation on this doll. Any child will love the aspect of having it be 2 in 1 (land and sea) and they will always be amazed at the mechanism. Wish the top of the doll was fabric/removable.

Nice, different doll

Transforms flawlessly!

The mechanism that transforms her dress to a tail is well made and easy for my daughter to operate on her own. With just the push of a button, she transforms and it’s easy for my daughter to reset on her own. The colors in her dress are absolutely beautiful. This is a high quality doll. The body is definitely much stiffer than a doll that bends but she is still so easy to play with! Great for little imaginations!!

Beautiful doll
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful doll: the face is very well done, colors of the body, tail, & hair are lovely as well.
Base is nice and sturdy for standing.
The convertable function was not what we were expecting. The connecting point is very bulky and not easily workable, kids are constantly bringing the dollnto me to push the tail back up into the dress position and wrap the skirt, as the waist arms stick, which also makes for a clumsy looking skirt waist.
The tail launch is a bit jarring and we've had several tears and pinched fingers.

A perfect character doll
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is beautiful! We received her right after seeking the live action Little Mermaid movie. It was amazing how she was crafted to look like the beautiful actress who played Ariel in the film. We dressed up as mermaids to see the movie so it was wonderful (and important) for my little mermaid to have a mermaid doll that looked similarly to her, including her brief skin. I love that it transforms the same as the character did by coming with hey fin & a skirt. The detailing on the fin is really nice.
