What You’ll Need:
ribbon
scissors
pipe cleaners
your bike or scooter

Have your l’il rider choose their favorite colors of ribbon or choose ones that complement their set of wheels. Cut ribbon into 15” strips; four of each color.

Twist two pipe cleaners together to make one long pipe cleaner. Repeat this step so you have one long pipe cleaner for each side. Divide ribbons and tie an equal number of strips to each pipe cleaner.

Simply tie the pipe cleaners to your child’s scooter handlebars or bicycle handlebars and away they go!
