Super Cute & Fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 kids (6, 4 and 15 months) and they all love this toy! It has so many different songs, which means they never know what they'll hear when they press the buttons. It also dances and lights up and can hold the attention of my toddler for at least a few minutes. Because I received this as part of a reviewer panel, I only got one animal but there are several others in the series that are supposed to interact with each other which I think sounds so fun. I plan on buying another one so we can check out that feature.

Coolest Penguin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fisher Price line up of Linkimals is a great entertaining as well as learning experience for infants through toddlers. The Cool Beats Penguin provides hours of interactive fun for our 18 month old. He plays music, makes sounds, sings, talks and teaches opposites, alphabet, numbers and shapes, all to the accompanying light show display. Other adorable little animals can be purchased separately so that they can sync together and offer even more learning fun!

Fun Linkimal for Dancing Babies and Toddlers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is 18 months old and loves to dance. He especially likes toys that light up with music. The Cool Beats Penguin is his favorite Linkimal due to all the lights and songs. He loves to dance right alongside the dancing penguin.
The penguin mentions opposites, shapes, letters, and numbers whenever the red button is pushed. The green button causes the penguin to play a lot of songs and dance. Some of the songs are traditional like the Alphabet Song and other songs are unique to this toy.
Cool Beats Penguin interacts with our other Linkimals. It’s fun to watch them light up and talk to each other.
The penguin has 2 volume settings and a sturdy base. We have another Linkimal that usually falls over as soon as my son touches it. We don’t have that problem with this toy.

Sings and dances
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this toy for my 6 month old because I have previously gotten him two other Linkamals toys and they are supposed to interact with each other. They will all sing together when connected, but just this one toy is great without having any others in the series! This penguin captivated my babies attention with abc songs and flapping dances with colorful lights and he just loves it! I would recommend this as my baby loves it and as he grows I know he will come to love it even more! This toy is thick and sturdy so that while it’s dancing it won’t fall over as well.

Penguin nightmare
I bought my daughter the penguin for Christmas. She also received the owl as a gift and we have about 3 others including the sloth turtle and panda however our penguin lights up but makes zero sound it never has made sound I thought it only light up at first but the box and online videos says and shows it does so much more . It was a product of Walmart I’m not sure that matters and I also tried changing the batteries it’s just a dud but it still lights up like the others .

So fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very active and engaging toy! The penguin dances and moves. It sings and asks them to find things. It lights up different colors. My kids love the interaction between the other linkamals we have. This one is the most engaging. It will even draw their attention back to it after a minute or so. My only caution is not to leave one in a kids room and have another somewhere else because they all start talking when you play with one. Overall this is a great and fun toy!

A little disappointed
I bought this a month ago as it looks like the same concept as the linkimal sloth. The linkamil sloth is the only toy my 5 year old with severe additional needs will play with as he really enjoys the loud clicking noise from holding the arms down when they start to move. So when I seen the new linkamil penguin I was overjoyed to be able to get him a different toy that would do the same thing and give him the same enjoyment. Unfortunately the penguin must be built differently as it doesn’t make that same noise so he isn’t interested. Really hoping one day fisher price will bring out a new toy that’s built just like the sloth that he will get to enjoy playing with. Overall it is a great addition to the linkamil collection, I can’t fault the toy it’s just not for my little boy

Love the Dances and Songs
This is the newest addition to our Linkimal lineup and we love that it waddles back and forth to the music. My toddler tries to make the others move just like it. Its definetly a favorite now.
