Fast or Blast!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re a family of Hotwheel enthusiasts and have collected hundreds of cars and numerous play sets. Having a Hotwheel game is the icing on the cake this holiday. It’s basically a game whereby the first of 2-3 players to completely build their race car, and depress the center tire of the, wins. The losing opponents’ cars get blasted into pieces again. There are some very small parts as each car must be assembled using the enclosed 11 pieces. There are 3 different levels of playing modes which are ideal for more advanced players. Would recommend for all kids , aged 5 and older. By the way, no batteries are needed!

Build, slam, destroy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a clever way to combine classic Hot Wheels with a game! Obviously perfect if you have a kid that loves destruction and breaking things (who doesn't??). The mechanics of the game are very straight forward and it is easily adaptable to include younger kids that may have less dexterity.
Putting the cars together is surprisingly challenging under pressure with a couple competitive kids playing with you! While fun for a couple rounds, our family did find that the game went fast (by design) but my kids lost interest after a few rounds. There is plenty of re-playability but we found it best to play a few rounds and then move to another game.

Hours of family fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We played this super fun game right on the coffee table. It does not take up a lot of space. It’s easy to put together and only takes a few minutes. It comes apart easily for an easy clean up. There are three different cars to build. The way the cars go together you can make it a game of different stages as your child gets older and gets the hang of building them. When you are done building your car you hit the tire in the middle and the other players cars blast into the air. It’s fun and exciting. My son could play it for hours.

Underwhelming
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a little disappointed with this game. We had 3 different ages try this game. The youngest, 8 years, had a very hard time building 2 of the 3 cars. The adult playing the game felt the one car was very challenging. We think that the game should include “builder cards” for all players and not one set of directions. The button to break the cars is hard to hit just right to get the cars to break. I feel the game has the right idea but needs some kinks worked out.

Fun but sadly missing pieces!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really were excited about this game because my kids absolutely love Hotwheels. Sadly when my sons sat down to play the game and realized that they didn’t have all the pieces to play. The blue Riprod car was missing the piece that attaches to the battery and had an extra battery piece added so it was impossible to build. It caused a bit of a meltdown till we realized what was wrong. It was still fun for them to play with the two remaining cars.

Great Family Fun for Hot Wheels Fans!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first family game that I've ever seen from Hot Wheels and I'm very pleased that I've found this! It's a ton of fun and it's very exciting and I highly recommend it for any family! The set itself is made quite nicely but the cars feel a little bit cheap and unfortunately you cannot build them or roll the cars off of the play set. Other than that I'll be playing this often!

So fun and entertaining
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son (almost 9) and husband played this game for about 2 hours and so much fun was had. It was a bit challenging at first, the cars do take a bit of learning to put together, but once you understand how to put them all together, it’s a lot of fun to play. They also liked the fact that each car was a bit different from each other so there are no two cars that are alike.

Encourages Thinking Outside The Box
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for grandkids (G5 & B8) and although they originally played the game as designed, this toy encourages kids to tinker and create their own games and activities. They quickly realized that they could create their own vehicles and began to build these and then "exploding" them. Toys that encourage independent thinking are always a good deal in my mind.
