Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lots of fun [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the Cars Lightning Mc Queen OffRoad RC for several weeks and it has been a lot of fun. I myself was a competitive RC racer and the little guy really loves RC cars but mine are not exactly something he can play with. He was excited when he was able to get the chance to play around with an RC car like the big boys. To add to the excitement was the character that was familiar to him. As he said Lighting McQueen is the fastest. This little RC has a great range and battery life. It takes a lot of abuse from play without any damage. It is a great stater RC and a lot of fun.

I bought this for my kids who like the Cars movies so they can have fun racing them around the house and yard. The product looks good and the charge on the car last long enough for my children to get tired of it before needing to recharge it. So far it has held up to some rough driving but has not had too many full speed crashes. Body has not cracked and broken so far. So it has fairly good durability. I have nothing but good things to say about this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fun for the not-so serious RCer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cars Lightning McQueen off-road RC has been a blast for my seven year old. The theming and detail are excellent. The control and fun are perfect for a seven year old. This is not the RC car for you if you are serious about RCing, but it is a fantastic intro RC car for the beginners and younger kids. I would definitely recommend the Cars Lightning McQueen car to anyone looking for a themed RC around Cars. I was also impressed with the sturdiness and durability of the toy. Again, thumbs up and highly recommend.

So far it has held up to their abuse as they are pretty rough with it. The rechargeable battery is a nice feature and holds a charge for about 10 minutes of play. The steering is a little tricky for my littlest one. The turning radius is not very tight so it's hard to drive I doors. While the car has a good amount of speed it had trouble in long grass. It worked best on the drive way. Overall a decent toys for kids and especially McQueen fans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 year old son loves all things Pixar Cars and combining the character from the movie into a rather large RC car is an excellent combo. Easy to control, our 3 year old has no issues with the controls. The shell of the car is a bit flimsy but it helps with the overall weight of the car allowing allowing optimal speed but the plastic seems durable, was just thinner than expected. Runs on grass, gravel, all kinds of different terrain.

The most impressive thing is the accuracy of the remote control, the control is responsive and it is really fast, switching from forward to reverse. So far, I've had it outside, inside and have used it to play with my dog who loves to chase it. The body of the car seems very durable and should last through several years of racing around the yard. Would definitely recommend!

He was thrilled with this toy! The car is durable and has held up to pretty rough treatment by a 3 year old. It is relatively easy for my son to control and it zips around the house pretty quickly. The car runs for a long time and is chargeable which is nice. Overall, we are very happy with the car and would highly recommend it.

This car was perfect for him. Out of the box, it was simple to set up and use. The controls were easy for him to use and this car will go over almost any surface!! It is made out of durable material and will last him until he grows tired of it. Perfect gift for a little boy.
