Fun and veritile for various ages
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Math cubes are good for kids of all ages. When younger children use the blocks they can build and sort by colors, as the kids age they can continue use by using the blocks to count and build more complex creations. The math cubes also teach fine motor skills by having to click the blocks together and pull apart.

Learning fun for homeschool

My daughter is a math wiz and loves to play with these in a math fashion, however she was really pleased with the instructions on how to make various animals. She loved to build a tree and play with them that way as well. They were vibrantly colored, and high quality.

Not what it's crack up to be
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a homeschooling parent of 5+ years now so interactive learning tools are awesome in our house. The blocks look just like the ones I remember using as a kid in school for counting. They work great for that, counting and a few different colors these are great. Building and advertising as a toy doesn't work. With each block only having one protruding end to connect other pieces too nothing stays together. The bigger designs aren't sturdy because the bigger sections only have one connection point to the section below it. The connectors are also not very good. The second one tries to move a built piece it all falls apart. It left much more frustration for my kid than it did fun. Unless you can sit there forever to pre plan a build so it goes together it's just not worth it. Counting, these are good but that doesn't make them original because there is already stuff like that. Building and a fun toy as well- they need a bit of fixing before it's something I'd recommend or buy.

So fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These big builder cubes are so much fun for me and my son to sit down and do together. It does come with some ideas and shows you how to build a few things or you can just wing it and do your own thing. Either way you choose to play it's a great experience and learning opportunity.

Toddler Loves it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids were super impressed with this! They spent hours creating the figures from the pamphlet provided and also create their own. Blocks are durable and high quality. We love the vibrant colors! Great tools for learning! Excited to see what else MathLinks has to offer.

Great learning blocks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great blocks for learning and problem solving with math. Helped keep my kindergarten and first grader fresh on their math skills. Easy to put blocks together. Cute little shapes and designs. Fun to play with. Keep kids entertained for hours

Longtime fans now disappointed by drop in quality
We've bought hundreds of MathLink cubes over the years. This last set was a THRILL on Christmas eve, but immediately we discovered the cubes don't link tightly the way MathLink cubes usually do.
