Rated 5 out of 5 by from Colorful Skyline - Singapore It's a great skyline with so many details and a good color combination. I really enjoy the process of building the Singapore skyline. As a designer, I think that the Lego designer wants to bring something new in design for architecture skyline with more joyful, and immersive as well as improving perspective views from the simple to complex and from complex back to simple. Every single building gave me a lot of experience to explore through Lego pieces. Especially, I love the Supertree Grove is placed in front of the Marina Bay Sands both of which reflect well together. I hope Lego designers will bring more awesome architecture skylines in the future for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Singapore Skyline Keeping in mind that Lego did not spoil and made scarcity Lego Architecture sets in 2021 did expect superior quality. Indeed, the set met my expectations. Beautiful colorful and interesting to build with many small elements that did require precision. This is next set following Taj Mahal, which I think keeps quality and expectations. One thing I did not like was the box. Unlike the others this one did open on the side, and was way too bulky to contain this small set. I did not like it opened by way of tearing glue, making it very susceptible to tearing box. Beyond that, hope Lego would maintain quality and provide usual boxes that match the previous sets. Thank you LEGO!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from New Style of Box is a Downgrade The set itself is great, as others have said. My issue is with the new box. I have every LEGO Architecture set and the boxes (see picture) used to be premium, sleek, and looked great on the bookshelf with all the others. This box is their go-to cheap toy box that you have to rip tabs to open it. It is awful and the coloring / design of the box leaves something to be desired. Go back to the old Architecture boxes LEGO!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Truly lousy packaging for the series. We have collected a majority of the architecture sets and own all of the skylines. We were very excited to purchase this new addition but when it came in the mail, were extremely disappointed to see that Lego did away with the flip top boxes that every other architecture set comes in. Instead of a reusable box that stays in good condition, it comes in a much larger box that can only be opened by tearing the front or back panel off, permanently damaging the box. I know this sounds petty, but to a loyal collector, this is a huge downgrade. Part of keeping a lego collection in good condition is keeping the BOX in good condition. It also means the box can’t be displayed nicely with all the other sets we have. I don’t know how much Lego saved by abandoning the higher quality packaging, but this is a huge downgrade to an iconic series. Oh, the skyline’s pretty good. Not the best, not the worst. A worthy addition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful build ! Beautiful colors and full of detail. An intermediate build only due to many small pieces, but, otherwise easy to assemble. I have all the other skylines and this will be a welcome addition to my collection

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LEGO Architecture has peaked! This has to be by far the greatest skyline they've done yet. I remember buying the first skylines and being disappointed at their blandness and lack of depth, all of the original skylines were just a bunch of buildings on a 10 inch long, 4 stud deep grey strip, this set adds a lot of green space and even part of the Singapore river, which adds to the character of the build. The buildings included here are all unique and provide a fun building experience, making this the best skyline by far. With this set, the LEGO Architecture Skyline series has peaked, and I don't really know where LEGO should go from here. The skylines have gotten increasingly larger and more complex over the years, with the first skylines having 212 pieces and 289 pieces (Venice and Berlin) when they came out in 2016, this set came out 6 years later and has 827 pieces, if future skylines get any more complex, then they would almost transcend the LEGO Architecture Skyline series and become something else entirely. Great job LEGO, can't wait to see what skylines you have in store for the future (wouldn't mind seeing Toronto or Moscow)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great set, bad packaging I’ve waited many years for a North American release of Marina Bay Sands, and this set is absolutely gorgeous, it’s even better than the previous version. I love the foliage and other little buildings very much as well. In fact, I’d have to say this is my favorite of the architecture series. I have a vast number of sets from that series too! But I had to dock one star from my rating because this is the first set I have to buy a box for and it will not look right in my architecture series on the shelf. Why, Lego, with all your promoting of going green, sustainability, etc, would you put this in a flimsy, unattractive disposable box? That actually creates MORE waste because we have to throw this away and buy another container to store the set in! All the other sets created zero waste because we could open the box, build the set, disassemble it, and put it back in the same box, and proudly display it. I’m very confused about the sustainability goals Lego has now. This seems like a giant leap in the wrong direction. Honestly, I think all lego sets should come in cardboard boxes that are suitable for storage and long term shelf display, but at the very least keep them coming for the adult sets!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Architecture Set in a While I've enjoyed this line of architecture sets for a while, and I think this already stands out as one of the best. Wildly creative and really fun to build, this was an excellent choice for location that was executed fantastically.
