Batmobile Tumbler
Parts were organized well and assembly was straightforward and enjoyable, except that near the end, several subassemblies attach to the main body in a fragile manner. When trying to hold the project to put a new subassembly on, several times a previously attached part or subassembly would detach. Much time was spent figuring out where to attach it and often times had to remove parts to put the detached piece back on. One subassembly is attached by a single button and came off multiple times. One must be very careful when handling the model as pieces easily get disturbed. It is a poor design to have so many appendages loosely attached.

Fragile outer shell
This set seems to be designed for display only (I guess hence the stand). The chassis was super sturdy, but the shell pieces are not held together well. For example, some pieces are attached together by a single stud or clip. I have to be really careful when picking it up as some shell pieces may get dislodged.
Also the build is very symmetric. It’s easier to just build both side simultaneously to save effort. There is few “LEGO delight” compared to other sets. All in all, this is not my favorite build but the finished product looks convincing on its stand.

2021 Tumbler
This is a moderate improvement over the 2014 Tumbler, and it is more accurate with some great printed pieces. It is technically more of a re-release than anything else, and I appreciate that, since I didn't buy the original. This Tumbler has more exposed studs when compared to the previous version. But I believe studs protect the pieces from getting scratched, the trade off is that it is more difficult to keep dust off the model and it doesn’t look sleek like the 1989 Batmobile.
Unfortunately the lack of a third figure is very disappointing. They could have included Harvey Dent, Rachel Dawes or James Gordon. I understand that the 2014 only had two figures, so maybe that is the reason, but the stand included is meant to accommodate 3 figures.
Overall the shape is very accurate but the price is a little higher than I would have expected. Nevertheless, If you like the The Dark Knight Trilogy this Tumbler is a must have and it makes an excellent companion piece to the Mini-Tumbler and the 1989 Batmobile which is made to the same scale.

I literally was scrolling through Instagram when I saw this on my Instagram feed. I was at work and my boss heard me raving in excitement. He asked me what's wrong and since my boss is also a batman and a lego fan. I showed him and we both raved about it. I pre-ordered mine right away.
This thing is huge sturdy and yes. It comes in black.

Incredible Batmobile from an Iconic Trilogy
Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy really stood out to me as my definitive Batman movie series when I was growing up. Loving all three films, yet having missed the opportunity to buy the 2014 Tumbler, I had to pick this one up. The build process was fun and exciting, although I found some slight difficulty putting the back tires in. I really like the amount of detail that was put into the interior of the vehicle with the various colorful monitors, despite it not really being shown off when it is on full display. The stand is a welcome addition, as I have heard people mention that the 2014 Tumbler would develop flat spots on the tires after years of display. Having a stand that offers support off the ground I think is a smart thing. Overall the design is amazing and captures that Dark Knight feel and aesthetic Nolan brings. A couple of nitpicks I have is the fragility with certain parts of the model. I don't expect myself to be playing with this set really, but the top flaps and parts can easily misalign or come off if handled too much. I absolutely love the look of both Heath Ledger's Joker and Christian Bale's Batman. LEGO has done an amazing job with the new printings on the new armored Batman, and the Interrogation scene Joker, though the gargoyle stand doesn't fit with the more modernized Dark Knight movies. Overall the 2021 Batmobile Tumbler is a must have for any Dark Knight fan, and I couldn't be happier with how the build turned out. Thank you LEGO for rereleasing/remaking this set and letting me recapture that Dark Knight feeling and energy in a bottle.

Great minifigs
This represents the batman tumbler from the the Dark Knight perfectly. To have this set updated from the previous one we got is always good. I love the display stand and the minifigure choice was GREAT! Great job to the lego design team on this one!

I bought this for my 10 year old Son who loves Legos. This set is on the harder side to build because it is kind of a mix between Technic and traditional Lego Bricks. But, the final product is amazing with lots of detail. One thing to know is that it is almost the same to the old Tumbler but with better Building Techniques so if you have the old Tumbler I wouldn't buy this one unless you care about the Minifigures. The Minifigures are Awesome in this set with my personal favorite being the Joker. Overall, Solid Set 10/10.

Would give it a higher rating but multiple pieces were missing from this set. Luckily I have buckets full of brick but it's still irritating. Great figs tho
