Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time Lego Builder! I really enjoyed this build. I was trying to find a Harry Potter set that wasn't expensive, but still had a lot of story detail. Starting off with where he grew up started like the right move. There are so many characters, and details from all of the movies. I really enjoyed the car and the room under the stairs. I also wanted to start with a relatively easy build for my first set just incase I didn't enjoy it. Needless to say I had a great time putting it together. Took an afternoon and two Harry Potter movies to put it together. Can't wait to buy my next one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It has Dobby! Oh Dobby... A big part of the kind of person I became in life, was inspired by Dobby's character. Especially being there for the ones he cared about when they needed him most. That one fateful Potter movie is still rough to watch... The set is great too anyway. For adult fans, you're probably going to want to pick this one up just for the minifigures alone. And for kid fans, the playability level is pretty good. Although, I think we would all like to see a lot more big Harry Potter sets. Or bigger, at least. Like using 4 Privet Drive and making it like the Simpson's house. Since the series is over, a set like that could include a little bit of each movie that had part of it set on Privet Drive. Still, this is a pretty solid set I reckon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Harry potter must have! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a proud potter head so when I saw this set I was ecstatic! It's easy to build and has so much going for it. The house itself is just awesome, equipped with room under the stairs and a mail slot for your Hogwarts acceptance letter! Then you get the car for your prison escape and all your favorite wonky characters including your favorite house elf dobby! If you're a harry potter fan and a fan of lego this is a must have set!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun set for a fair price This is such a fun little set. I love that it incorporates elements from both Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone as well as Chamber of Secrets. The letters look cool when they're spilling out of the fireplace. Hedwig and Dobby are awesome additions. The Ford Anglia really rolls and I currently have it parked outside of my Burrow. :) I do wish Harry and Ron's legs could bend. Overall, I liked this set and it looks great with the rest of my Harry Potter sets!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Fan Favorite! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves everything Harry Potter so she was so excited to get the 4 Privet Drive Lego set. She immediately put it together on her own with no issues. Just followed the instruction booklet and she had it put together in no time. She really thought the cupboard under the stairs was such a cool detail to the set and the lever to send the letters was pretty clever, too. The Lego set comes with two owls and six figures so you can recreate a lot of the scenes that took place at the Dursley’s house. The car was also fun to build, too. Overall, a lot of really nice, cool features to this Harry Potter Lego set. My daughter is trying to collect all of the Harry Potter sets so this is a nice addition to her collection. Good price point, fun and engaging and a nicely designed set to own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love it! We are big Harry Potter fans so this set was a no brainer for our family. My children (6 and 3) absolutely love this set. Their favorite parts is the letter shoot. My 6 year old was able to build the car but I did build the rest for them. You get a house, a car, two owls and 6 minifigures for a great price! This is a have to have if your kids love Harry Potter.

I feel more features could have been included within the house but it would need to be bigger to accommodate. Kids love it and plenty to entertain them for a while. My kid added things to this using other legos and still loves taking this apart and rebuilding it. There were definitely a few things i would love to add, but overall we love it. I would definitely recommend this set to others!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Daughter's Reaction I gave this to my daughter as a gift for Christmas. She loved that it had a lot of different scenes that were playable. There's lots of characters and other movable items. She said that she really enjoyed building it and afterwards playing with it. She doesn't always play immediately with the Lego sets, but this time she was excited to use all the features and play the scenes. Overall, my daughter loved this purchase.
