The only way to build this set is while listening to Awesome Mix Vol. 2. This Groot is a hoot. It’s a bit finicky to get some of the head panels on, and due to repetition with the arms and the legs of you aren’t paying enough attention it can be easy to miss something, but the finished product looks great. He’s fun to pose, but works better as a shelf piece than a play piece due to balance issues. I love this set despite my criticisms and Groot is a welcome addition to my Marvel collection.

Fun model, quite posable (although I thought the mouth could be moved more, it's almost locked in place), and the cassette side build is perfect. Looks groot- I mean great- next to his rival Grogu.

Must buy for LEGO marvel fans
I rarely buy LEGO marvel sets because I’m more of a LEGO Star Wars/Harry Potter guy, but when I saw this on the shelves I knew I had to buy it. It was an amazing build and will make and marvel fan happy, the only downside is that groot does not balance very well and may need to be leaning against a more stable surface, but that’s small potatoes.

decent set but not great
not the greatest build and of course price increases value goes down probably about 20 stickers for 400 piece set? Overall model looks decent, way too many stickers and way way overpriced.

Super fun, quick build
This set is great and I am a little mad at myself for not getting it sooner. I built it over the course of a day, off and on, and there were some really impressive techniques and part usage. He is spot on to what Groot looks like and makes me want to get more! Highly recommend!

It was a fun build . Putting together the head was the hardest part ( very flimsy ) bogus . The pieces of the head kept falling off . I stood him up and he about broke down into a split bogus . The pieces themselves were great bogus . Enjoyed this bogus build ! Not bogus

Awesome Build!
Had a great time building this one! Used 3D building instructions via Builder App and it was so much fun! Def recommend trying 3D Building Instructions if you haven't before. Groot is happily living amongst my plants now... right at home lol

This had been one of my favorite set to built. I had so much fun, every time I would get closer to finish I would just look at it and admire it. Super cute! I added a sunflower and used his cute finger to express himself.

Definitely recommend buying this
Overall this set was great to build and looks even better. It's a good size as well. The poses you can make him do make him look even better. I definitely would get one. Heres a fair life milk carton for a size reference.

Cutest Build Ever
This was a fun build and is definitely the cutest creation I have ever built with Lego. I liked the little stand with his specs on it. Hoping there will be a Lego Rocket soon because little groot needs a friend.

You can't even move this thing without it falling over. Very top heavy. My kid was very disappointed that he couldn't even move it around without falling down.

Good build. Package missed a piece
It was an easy build. The parts for legs and hand are well made. Felt the cheek aren't that well made and they keep falling apart even with slightest touch.
