Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprisingly good I got this set not expecting much, the pictures didn't look too great and the proportions looked off. After completing the set, it became one of my favorite marvel sets. The build is great, and so are the figures, the ship fits all the given guardians, and the pictures online do the set no justice. It looks very good as a display piece, but not an excellent play piece, solid 4/5 from me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Even better in person l've built all of the Guardians' ships, and they're all fantastic. To be honest, this was the one I was least excited to build, but I ended up loving it! It was fun and interesting and looks stellar. I wanted to get one for my kid so I could build it again. He could not keep his hands off of it and loved flying it. I was afraid he'd break it, but it held up. It's very enticing and playable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun But Challenging Coming off from building the Titanic, I did a 180 from historical realistic model to a science fiction approximation of the model, in that the ship in the film, Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol 3 is much bigger than the model here. Still it was a fun and enjoyable build. That said the were some sections of the build that were challenging to execute, such as attaching the rings to the main body. I would recommend having some additional hands here, especially if younger. Keep in mind that with LEGO if pieces struggle to go together, you're probably doing something wrong or have it at the wrong angle. This was especially clear when attaching a small triangular section to the side of the main body. I thought I had it attached correctly but it kept falling off and breaking into its components. But once I got it at the right angle, it fit like a glove and has stayed securely on! I would have also recommended that some of the pieces that go on the rings be attached before the ship is put on its stand. Again another set of hands would help hold the ship while snapping the pieces at place. At the end, the Bowie is quite eye-catching with it's unusual design making it an interesting model to look at!
