Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed emotions I received The Child as an anniversary gift and couldn’t wait to tackle another great Lego adventure. Throughout the build, there were moments where I wasn’t sure how it was all going to come together, which is really half the joy of any build! Upon finishing up the head, it dawned on me that he seemed “incomplete” somehow. After careful inspection, my vision was constantly drawn to the ears... that’s where it seemed a miss. Adding pieces to smooth the top of the ears would give him a more polished look; much like Yoda’s build...soon to be added to my collection. I would live to figure out which pieces would make this look better and more aesthetically pleasing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun Build Was gifted this for my birthday this year after wanting to get into lego kits to relive the nostalgia of my childhood and wasn't disappointed. The build took me about four and a half hours to do but this was mainly due to streaming the build online and pausing to interact with people. There were moments where I wondered how this was going to come together and I am overall pleased with the end result. My only issue, if there had to be one, was that there were some areas that I feel could have been better pieced together for a more polished look. Overall, it was a fun build, and I would still recommend this to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely fantastic final product This set is amazing. The details, the posability, the displayabilty, and maybe even the playability are all stand out attractions. I only felt bored while building the last bag of the coat as it began to become a bit cumbersome to build in only one color, but my fears during the build process were washed away after seeing the build come together. A couple of the build techniques in the head were really nice, and the lifelike movements of the head are amazing. My only issues with this set come from the head, which looks somewhat squished, and the right arm, which should have been able to rotate. Other than those minor problems, this set is amazing and I highly recommend buying it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the way I was really looking forward to this build since first hearing it was going to be available. I was at the store at opening and went straight home to start building while watching season 2 of the Mandalorian. It wasn't too hard to build but you do have to really pay attention while building the outer coat and the head. I had to go back twice because I had several large pieces left over after completing a numbered bag. I figured out that I skipped a step or two and that's why I had extra pieces left over. I retraced my steps and luckily found where they went. I am so thrilled with the finished product! It looks amazing and I highly recommend getting one if you're a Mandalorian/The child fan! Enjoy the build, This is the way! I have Spoken

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An extremely cute Lego set To be honest, I am not a fan of Star Wars, but I am impressed by the cute face of baby Yoda on the Lego box and I buy it without hesitation. I can only afford to buy two Lego sets recently, one is this baby Yoda, another is the Ice Castle; I realize this is the best choice I have ever made after I have finished building them and look how cute and beautiful these two sets are respectively. My baby Yoda is now placed near my computer and I just can't insist to look on his cute face even when I am working. Originally I think it may contain a bit too much brown Lego on his body, but once I realize it is actually his characteristic jacket, it looks reasonable to me. Overall it is a perfect Lego set to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprising but Satisfied Outcome This was the first time assembling this many pieces of a Lego set and I was pleasantly satisfied of the ease of putting it together. Plus it helped that I am a big fan of the Mandalorian so I didn't think it mattered when I purchased it on how it would turn out. To my surprise I could not stop when I started, it was that addicting. The end result was so satisfying that I shared on my social media and with family members, announcing how proud I was of this achievement! It may seem like a small task but believe me, there is no short cut when following the directions in the pretty thick instruction book that came with it. Patience and focus is key here and you will be as satisfied as much as I was when done. Great job Lego in producing such a worthwhile project!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute and fun I love this build. This set is fun to build and actually you can play around with it as it’s stable. Relatively easy to put together. Younger kid might need a bit of an assistance which makes it a great set for a parents and kids to put together. Few movable components make Baby Yoda change his facial expressions.
