CBTRAIL - A CBT therapy board game designed to practice self-confidence and awareness of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Created by professional therapists. The goal of the game is to finish the trail first. During the track the players encounter fantastic characters and reply to various educational questions. The board is divided into 4 zones, each zone has a different type of question cards: Valley of Thoughts cards: creativity and processing of thoughts. Kingdom of Joy: Self-confidence and positive thinking. Field of Emotions: emotional awareness. Desert of Intentions: social skills and empathy. + 20 Would you rather cards: educational and fun questions for communication. For parents, therapists, teachers and counselors.
