I’ve read quite a few reviews from sour individuals who didn’t get the chase they were looking for, so they blamed it on someone else (this is typical of the modern day Pokemon “collector”). I have personally purchased 8 of these SV151 UPC’s and yes some of them had questionable plastic sealing on them, but I actually got really good hits out of those when I expected them to be nothing but resealed commons. I pulled both a Charizard SIR and Venusaur SIR out of what was probably the most questionable looking UPC’s of the ones I’ve purchased. Out of the 8 boxes I purchased, I opened 5 of them, all 5 had plenty of really good hits except for 1 box that had almost none, and that box was sealed perfectly and looked like it came direct from a Pokémon Center.

Obviously opened and resealed. Returning to Macy's in the very apparent resealed plastic, which is waaaayyy oversized for the box. Been buying pokemon cards for my son for years, and have never seen plastic wrapping like this.
