The hamster, rabbit and guinea pig play hide and seek in their little dens. But a crunchy lettuce leaf quickly lures them out. Meanwhile, the kittens are climbing all over the scratch post. The two puppies prefer to have their adventures outside. They balance along the seesaw, slide down the slide and run through the tunnel. The little billy goat watches all this with curiosity, and every now and then baas in disapproval. The baby animals are so sweet, but the baby goat is just precious. We love the swing and all the fun places for the animals to play! We had a little trouble with the tunnel pieces staying together, but everything else is great quality and beautifully detailed!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had expectations for higher quality Had expectations for higher quality from this toy as the Schleich animals are such high quality and best in the fake animal category in my opinion. I feel like the pieces don’t stick together well in play (for example the tunnel continuously falls apart the moment you set it down and the roof doesn’t stay clicked into place and falls off with a brush of the hand.)

The pet hotel pairs well with the horse club collection. We have enjoyed the assortment of pets and activities included in this set. The only issue we've had was with the blue tunnel, it would not stay together.

Quality is wonderful and the design is so open ended that you can use it for so many other ways of playing. The animals are so adorable and it would be the perfect addition to any play space.

It would be a great set for someone starting out. Many of the pieces are quite small so I worry they will be lost, but that can be fairly easily remedied with some sort of container. The detail is great, as usual.

It now lives next to their bakery/cafe set and 2 barns so many cows, Eldrador creatures and humans have also enjoyed the red circle swing!
