Perfect for beginners as well as advanced play
The Spirograph JR. is a lot of fun. I have two boys ages three and six. Both boys love to engage with the Spirograph JR. It's a great way to bond as a family. It is also great for independent play. The instructions are simple to follow. The gears are all different colors with numerical and alphabetical order to utilize different abilities marked with examples in the directions. It includes examples to expand your creativity past the inspiring and helpful pictures. The travel set is well done and easily organized. This set seems sturdy and built to last. The Spirograph JR. is perfect for beginners as well as advanced artistic play.

Fun to create animals and sea creatures
This took me back to my childhood, but in a more updated version. What I loved about this is that it came with everything you need; paper, markers, all different size Spirograph gears, and a booklet with ideas. My son just turned 7 and he had so much fun making animals with me. We were able to create a bunny, fish and alien in no time, thanks to the fun idea guide inside the brochure. It was easy to line up the sheets of paper for ease of use as well. The guide was great because it gave suggestions for use, which helped being that it has been over 30 yrs since I used one. Hours of fun and creativity for all ages.

Spirograph Jr. brought back so many memories from my childhood. This one is made of much tougher stuff than the ones we had a kids! The old school Spirograph barely stood the test of time against me and it for sure wouldn't against the younger generation. Spirograph Jr. is really fun, we had a good time coming up with different designs and trying to 'out design' each other, both adults and children alike! I especially love the fact that it's so compact and everything can be stored in the desk, each piece has it's own place. It can be used with any type of writing instrument as long as it fits in the holes in the gears. We used colored pencils, markers, crayons & gel pens, each creating an awesome art piece!

Bought this for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loves it and is able to use it on her own. She is proud of the designs she can make. It is well made and comes with pens she can use. Great gift!

All in one fun!
My children (6, 10, & 12) and I loved this version of Spirograph. It was perfect for little hands in comparison to the version I grew up with. As a mom, I love the fact everything stores inside and can be great for on the go. My youngest (6) liked how the directions show what designs are made with each gear and hole. They confidently created fun designs. Markers easily washed off my youngest hands which I appreciated. The paper can slide a little bit in the frame, but a tiny bit of tape or sticky tack helped it from shifting.

Great artistic toy for on the go
I loved this toy as a kid, and was super excited to see a Junior version for my own small kids. This is an awesome toy to take on trips, to restaurants, or anywhere kids need to keep busy since it is so compact and portable. Everything stores directly inside - the markers, gears, etc. You could easily use regular paper cut in half for replenishment. I like that it contained a small instruction manual giving examples of how to use which gear to create specific shapes. It inspires creativity in my kids and they really enjoy it.

So much fun!!
I got this Spirograh Jr set a couple of weeks ago. My 10 year old granddaughter said she didn't know what a spirogragh even was, but then she saw me doing it and she took over. She absolutely loves it. So did I. Its simple, clean, fun and engaging. You can store all the pieces and the pens in the unit so it's easy to keep track of all the pieces.

Perfect introduction to Spirograph!
We absolutely loved this Spirograph Jr. Set! My kids are 7 & 8, but still have a difficult time with the regular Spirograph sets, so we were thrilled to try this one! This Spirograph Jr. Set was really the perfect way for them to enjoy Spirograph and I think it would be a wonderful set for any Spirograph newbie! The colors are fun and the chunky gears are extra easy to use. I really also love how travel friendly this set is! Everything fits neatly inside the case and it'll definitely be a road trip favorite for sure!
