Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great addition to our collection This was the third Architecture piece in my collection and was a fun build. The others we have in our collection are the Empire State Building and The Flat Iron Building which are both in this collection as well and I like this version of the Empire State Building much more it is my second favorite building on the skyline second only to the Chrysler Building (hoping to get a standalone version of that one at a larger scale with more detail). The build was fun and easy my three-year-old helped and we had a lot of fun building this one as with all the others we have built. We look forward to adding to our collection soon

Rated 4 out of 5 by from No place, like New York This is my 2nd Architecture build, and really have enjoyed the New York skyline build. See how the buildings are in different height too. My only criticism is that the Statue of Liberty is abit plain and doesn't really look like the real thing to be honest. But that's it. Really good project to build and give it a 8/10

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Statue of Liberty is flimsy Parts of this set are ridiculously flimsy. A light knock removes about 30% of Lady Liberty, and with it being built first as per the instructions, I ended up chasing it multiple times due to it being knocked off. That's the killer for me. Other parts of this set are good, and well built, apart from maybe the One Trade Centre, which I am fairly sure has a flaw in its design, as certain pieces would not fit together (saying that, that may be my ineptitude as a LEGO builder, so I can't hold it against the company for something that may be my fault). I'm not angry at the product, just more disappointed that it didn't live up to what it could have been.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Display Set This was my first architecture set. Overall it looks nice, however I don't like the Chrysler Building. The white and transparent pieces together don't look nearly as good as the patterns used on the Empire State Building or One World Trade Center. The Statue of Liberty doesn't look that similar to the real thing - I think the microfigure used is too small compared to the base. All around good set - 4 Stars

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New York, New York! Although I've never been to New York itself, the city has always fascinated me from a very young age (through films and even through Lego itself). This model in the Architecture series is delightful, both in the building experience and in the final product for display. I built it leisurely, spending about an hour or less for each building, building one each day until complete. The Empire State Building is a very clever and realistic detailed component, and the Chrysler Building is also very good (its clear plastic bricks catch the light and make the building look lit up in the daytime). The relative heights of the buildings make for a convincing skyline model, and the final set is a good advert for making me want to visit the city for real. The other sets currently available look good, and I wish to congratulate Lego for making these skyline models so attractive and reasonably priced.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely set I've been trying to get all of the architecture sets of cities that I've actually been to, and I was excited to see there was one for NYC. I had fun putting together this set and it was relatively easy once you can actually see the manual (this wasn't as difficult as some other sets since there aren't as many black pieces as other architecture sets). My only wish was that there would be a "mini" building detail as some of the other sets, such as Shibuya Crossing of Tokyo or Freemont street of Las Vegas. A tiny Times Square would have made this set absolutely perfect and fun and not as strictly structural as just the buildings and a tiny Statue of Liberty make it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Brilliant Really enjoyed building this model would recommend it to any one. It didn't take me to long to build but I find once it is built it looks really effective and has good detail for people to know and see what the buildings are straight away. I liked the book which came with it which tells you a little bit about all of the buildings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great set, but could've been even better if... Honestly, this is a great little set, but the issue I had with it was that instead of numbered bags to go building by building, this set is packaged in several bags of totally mixed up parts. On sets that are this small in size, it's a lot of very small pieces (1x1's, 2x1's, etc) and the build could've been way more enjoyable had they just been packaged 1 or 2 bags per building. That said, don't hesitate to pick up this set for yourself or as a gift... I received mine as a gift and I must admit it's a great addition to the Architecture lineup! While a few reviewers don't like the Statue of Liberty mini figure, personally, I think it's a quirky/fun touch by Lego. Speaking of the Statue of Liberty, that might have to be my next set. :) I would add videos, but once again, the website turns my pics sideways. :|
